I began practicing Yoga in 1999. As a result of the transformations that Yoga’s deep mind- body connection brought to me, I enrolled in Namaste Yoga Shala, earning my 200 hour certificate in 2002. A former yoga studio owner, I have brought my respectful, meditative style to students in various local studios, to clients in private sessions, and to personnel in local corporations.
Over the years, I have attended many yoga intensives around the country. Participating in workshops in various meditative and yoga disiplines including Anusara, Kundalini, Ashtanga and Restorative Yoga which have given me a broad perspective on yoga as well as a wide range of yoga tools to include in my teachings.
I have completed a Level 1 Sacred Geometry Workshop and Level 1 Healing Touch Workshop, I love to work with energy healing.

Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on.
Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
